The deletion or modification by suppliers of the XL-SHOPS company of items that have been the subject of a registered order authorizes the company to cancel the current order, unless the customer agrees to modify it. Risks
The articles sold travel at the expense, risk, and peril of the buyer, except for any recourse against the carrier. The articles are deemed received and approved when they leave our company. Upon arrival at the destination, it is the customer's responsibility to acknowledge their condition before taking possession of them under his/her responsibility.
Availability
All orders will be honored subject to available stocks. In the event that one of the ordered products is not available in our stocks, we will contact you by email to inform you and indicate the time frame within which this product could, if applicable, be delivered to you. If some of the ordered products are temporarily unavailable, we will proceed with a group shipment upon receipt of all products. Delivery Method
Your order will be delivered to the address you provided during your order. For any product available in stock, shipping is carried out within 48/72 hours. All shipments are sent with a tracking number. Tracking numbers are traceable on the website https://www.17track.net
XL-SHOPS makes every effort to respect the shipping times mentioned on the site but cannot be held responsible for the consequences related to a delivery delay or loss of parcels caused by a third party or by your own actions or due to an unforeseeable and insurmountable event constituting a case of force majeure (pandemic, holiday season).
Christmas Period: Every year, delivery times are usually extended from November 15th to December 25th due to the very large number of parcels processed by postal services. We are in no way responsible for the extension of delivery times due to the holiday season. In case of non-receipt of a parcel within 30 days after the shipping date, an investigation is conducted with the carrier and may take several days. During this period, no refund or resend can be made. If the parcel is declared lost by the postal services, the buyer will be entitled to either a full refund or the shipment of a similar product.
Responsibilities
XL-SHOPS cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of force majeure, fortuitous event, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular of postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flood, fire or any other cause beyond its control. XL-SHOPS will not incur any liability for any direct or indirect damage resulting from these conditions, loss of business, loss of profit, damages or expenses that may occur. The choice of purchasing a product or service is the sole responsibility of the customer. In case of non-delivery of an order, the User will have a maximum of 60 days (from the date of departure from our warehouse) to report it. No claim will be accepted after this period.

Shipping Costs
Your items will be shipped to the address you provide us, with shipping costs in addition. With your order, you will receive an invoice which will serve as a warranty voucher. Any order is subject to our acceptance and deliverable subject to available stocks.

Guarantee
XL-SHOPS ensures the warranty of hidden defects under legal conditions. The purchaser has a period of eight days from the discovery of a hidden defect to notify their reservations by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
Payment and Deadlines
Our items and goods are payable before their delivery, and our shipments are made after receipt of payment. Any amount paid by the buyer at the order is considered as a deposit by the parties. In the event that the company has granted, exceptionally, special payment terms, the items and goods are subject to a reservation of ownership until the full payment of the price, costs, and accessories. In the event of non-payment of one of the agreed installments, the seller may apply the resolutive condition. This condition does not affect the immediate transfer at the expense and risk of the buyer. No discount will be granted either for cash payment or for payment prior to the due date. In case of late payment compared to the deadline, a late interest of 1.5 times the legal rate will be required (law 921442 of 31.12.1992).
Clause of Retention of Title
